Sillverton Industries Ltd IPO Timeline
Sillverton Industries Limited was originally incorporated as Silverton Pulp & Papers Limited', as a public limited Company dated May 15, 1995 issued by the RoC. Thereafter, the status was converted from a public Company to a private limited Company and the name of Company was changed to Silverton Pulp & Papers Private Limited' via fresh certificate dated February 10, 2005 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Uttar Pradesh & Uttaranchal, at Kanpur. Subsequently, name again changed to Silverton Industries Private Limited' on May 29, 2015. Subsequently, Company was converted from a private limited to a public company, consequent to which, the name was changed to Sillverton Industries Limited' and a fresh certificate of Incorporation dated May 8, 2025 was issued by the Central Processing Centre.

Objects of the Issue
The company proposes to utilise the Net Proceeds from the Fresh Issue towards funding the following objects:
- Funding capital expenditure requirements towards investment in sustainability initiatives within our existing Manufacturing Facility by way of installation of (a) Captive Power Plant and (b) CBG Plant
- Funding capital expenditure requirements of our Company at our existing Manufacturing Facility by way of (a) Enhancement of rewinder and sheeter capacity and (b) Construction of in-house warehouses
- Repayment and/or prepayment, in part or full, of certain borrowings availed by our Company
