Silver Consumer Electricals Limited was originally formed as a partnership Firm in the name of Silver Engineering Co.' pursuant to a partnership deed dated August 6, 1981. The Firm was registered on February 19, 1986, with the Registrar of Firms, Rajkot Division, Rajkot, Gujarat. Name was changed from Silver Engineering Co.' to Silver Consumer Electricals'. Further, the Firm was converted to a private limited Company in the name of Silver Consumer Electricals Private Limited' vide Certificate of incorporation dated May 15, 2021, issued by the RoC. Subsequently, Company was converted to a public limited Company and the name of the Company changed from Silver Consumer Electricals Private Limited' to Silver Consumer Electricals Limited' dated January 6, 2025.
