Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to 'AKP Holdings Limited', upon conversion into a Public Company, on December 05, 2024. Thereafter, the name was changed to Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Limited', and a fresh Certificate of Change of Name was issued on December 16, 2024, by the RoC.
