Pursuant to a resolution passed by shareholders at their meeting held on September 12, 2023, the Company name changed to Srigee DLM Private Limited' and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated September 22, 2023 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Kanpur. Subsequently, the status of the Company got converted into a Public Limited and the name of Company changed to Srigee DLM Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated October 10, 2023 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Kanpur. The Company is engaged in the business of Manufacturing and Trading of Plastic Moulding Goods and Plastic Granules and assembly of Mobile parts.
