Srigee DLM Limited was incorporated as Srigee Enteprises Private Limited' on December 20, 2005 with the Registrar of Companies, U.P. & Uttaranchal, Kanpur. Company name was changed to Srigee DLM Private Limited' and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated September 22, 2023 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Kanpur. Subsequently, the status of the Company got converted into a Public Limited and the name of Company changed to Srigee DLM Limited' w.e.f. October 10, 2023. The Company is engaged in the business of Manufacturing and Trading of Plastic Moulding Goods and Plastic Granules and assembly of Mobile parts.
