Objects of the Issue

SS Retail Limited was originally incorporated as SS Communication & Services Private Limited', at Kolhapur, Maharashtra as a private limited company on June 14, 2016. Subsequently, the name of Company was changed to SS Retail Private Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by Central Processing Centre on July 15, 2025. Thereafter, it was converted into a public limited company and the name of Company was changed to its present name SS Retail Limited', obtained from the Central Processing Centre on September 26, 2025.
