The Company was incorporated to takeover the running business of M/s SSF Plastics India, Partnership Firm along with all the assets and liabilities. The Company name was subsequently changed to 'SSF Plastics India Limited', upon conversion into a public company, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated October 15, 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre, Gurgaon.
