Subsequently, the name of Company was changed to 'Stanbik Agro Private Limited' on March 21, 2024 and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. Thereafter, status of the Company was converted into Public Limited and the name of Company was changed to 'Stanbik Agro Limited' vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 08, 2024.
