Susan Electricals India Private Limited was initially incorporated as 'Suvish Insulation Private Limited' on December 10, 2007, with the Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana. Name of the Company was changed from 'Suvish Insulation Private Limited' to 'Susan Electricals India Private Limited' vide a fresh certificate of incorporation dated January 13, 2010.
