About Swara Baby Products Ltd IPO
Swara Baby Products Limited was originally incorporated as 'Swara Baby Products Private Limited' at Kolkata, West Bengal, India as a Private Limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, dated November 23, 2016 with Central Registration Centre at Manesar. Subsequently, Company converted from Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and the name of the Company has changed to Swara Baby Products Limited pursuant to a fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Central Processing Centre on 30 January, 2026. Company is engaged in manufacturing and trading in kids diapers, adult diapers, sanitary napkin, panty liners and wipes.
