About Swastika Infra Ltd IPO
Swastika Infra Limited was originally formed as a partnership firm constituted under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 , pursuant to a deed of partnership dated October 23, 1969 'Swastika Electricals & Fertilizers' and was last reconstituted on February 1, 2019. 'Swastika Electricals & Fertilizers' was thereafter converted from a firm to a private limited Company as Swastika Infra Private Limited' on August 6, 2019 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur, Rajasthan. Subsequently, the status of the Company was converted to a public limited , and the name of Company was changed from Swastika Infra Private Limited' to Swastika Infra Limited', and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated January 27, 2025 has been issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. The Company is mainly engaged in EPC Electrification work like undergoing cabling, Rural Electrification, Construction of Substation along with their associated feeder lines & trading in electrical goods.
