Technopaints & Chemicals Limited was originally incorporated as Fortune Paint Products (India) Private Limited' as a Private company under the Companies Act, 1956, dated April 23, 2008, with Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad. Thereafter, Company changed its name to Fortune Paints Private Limited' dated April 13, 2011. Subsequently, the name of Company was changed to Technopaints and Chemicals Private Limited' dated January 13, 2025. Company became a Public Limited company dated April 19, 2025 and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued by the Central Processing Centre.
