Tenty Limited was initially formed as a Private Company in the name of 'Tenty Marketing Company Private Limited' on November 05, 1997 issued by Registrar of Companies-West Bengal. Further, the Company's name was changed to Tenty Private Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued on December 28, 2022 by the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata. Subsequently, the status of the Company got converted into Public Limited Company and the name was changed to 'Tenty Limited' and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 25, 2024 was issued by the Central Processing Centre.
