About Topsun Energy Ltd IPO
Topsun Energy Limited was incorporated as a public Company on August 10, 2007, with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. At the time of incorporation, the primary objective of the Company to engage in the manufacturing of solar panels by recognizing the growing potential and government focus on renewable energy. In FY 2009-10, along with existing business of manufacturing of solar panels, Company started independently participating in government tenders for solar project implementation. Over time, due to change in technological development in manufacturing of solar panels and increased capex in new technologies, in 2022, it strategically shifted from manufacturing of solar panels to Engineering, Procurement & Commissioning' (EPC)' business of various solar projects. Today, over 90% of revenue is derived from government projects, marking the transformation into a project-focused solar energy company in delivering turnkey renewable energy solutions under various government schemes and initiatives.
