About Travelstack Tech Ltd IPO
Travelstack Tech Limited was originally incorporated as Casa2 Stays Private Limited' as a private limited company, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated April 2, 2014, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to Travelstack Tech Private Limited', on August 25, 2025. Subsequently, Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company and the name was changed to Travelstack Tech Limited dated November 4, 2025.
