Further the name of Company was changed to Trimoorty Foamtech Private Limited' dated May 13, 2025. by Registrar of Companies. Subsequently, Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company, and the name of the Company was changed to Trimoorty Foamtech Limited' with a fresh certificate of incorporation dated August 28,2025.
