Valplast Technologies Limited was originally incorporated on January 10, 2014 as Renesco India Private Limited' as Private Limited Company. Subsequently, the Company name was changed from 'Renesco India Private Limited' to 'Valplast Technologies Private Limited' vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated January 01, 2021. Thereafter, the status of the Company got converted from Private Limited to Public Limited on August 18, 2023 and the name was changed from 'Valplast Technologies Private Limited' to 'Valplast Technologies Limited' vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation on August 18, 2023, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi.
