Vardaan Biotech Ltd was incorporated as a Private Company on December 20, 2007 under the name of ' Vardaan Biotech Private Limited' by the Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh and Chattisgarh, which consequently converted to a Public Limited Company and name of the Company was read as Vardaan Biotech Limited' vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation on January 15, 2021 at Gwalior.
