The name of Company was changed to Veeda Clinical Research Private Limited dated November 22, 2005 and thereafter, was further changed to Veeda Clinical Research Limited as a Public Limited Company with effect from June 30, 2021 by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad.
