Vinir Engineering Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the name of 'Vinir Engineering Private Limited' on August 01, 1983, with the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka at Bangalore. Thereafter, Company was converted into a Public Limited and the name was changed to 'Vinir Engineering Limited', and upon the conversion of the Company to Public Limited, a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre, on November 19, 2024.
