Thereafter, Company was converted into a Public Limited and the name was changed to 'Vinir Engineering Limited', and upon the conversion of the Company to Public Limited, a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre, on November 19, 2024.
