About Vinod Texworld Ltd IPO
Vinod Texworld Limited was originally incorporated as 'Shree Shiv Shakti Cot-Fab Private Limited' as a Private Limited Company dated July 19, 2012 with Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. Subsequently in FY 2016-17, Vinod Mangalchand Mittal, Harsh Vinod Mittal and Yash Vinod Mittal acquired 100% shareholding in the Shree Shiv Shakti Cot-Fab Private Limited. Subsequently, Company changed its name from 'Shree Shiv Shakti Cot-Fab Private Limited' to 'Vinod Fabtex Private Limited' on March 08, 2018 with the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. Subsequently, the name was again changed from 'Vinod Fabtex Private Limited' to 'Vinod Texworld Private Limited' dated May 25, 2018. As a result, Company was converted from a Private Company to Public Company and the name of the Company was changed to 'Vinod Texworld Limited' w.e.f. December 18, 2024 by the Central Processing Centre.
