Virupaksha Organics Limited was incorporated as DRK Chemicals Private Limited' as a private limited Company dated November 3, 1997, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed from DRK Chemicals Private Limited' to Virupaksha Organics Private Limited' on June 22, 2004. Thereafter, it was converted from a private limited company to a public limited Company, and the name of Company was changed to Virupaksha Organics Limited', and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated January 30, 2012 was issued to Company. Company is engaged in the manufacture of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and Intermediates.
