About Vishwas Refoils & Consumer Ltd IPO
Vishwas Refoils & Consumer Limited was incorporated as a Public Limited Company under the Companies Act, 2013 dated March 18, 2023 with the Central Registration Centre. The roots of the Company's business commenced in 1996 as a proprietorship under the name Vishwas Tea Co.', established by Late Daulatram Sadarangmal Mandhiyani. Subsequently, in 2015, the proprietorship firm was reconstituted as a partnership firm under the name 'Vishwas Refoils', with the initial partners. Later, 'Vishwas Refoils LLP' was incorporated on July 27, 2022, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation issued by the Central Registration Centre.
