Later , it got converted into a Private Limited Company in the name 'Vivekanand Cotspin Private Limited' dated August 5, 2024 and thereafter, to Public Limited Company as 'Vivekanand Cotspin Limited' vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated December 16, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
