Vyara Tiles Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company as ''Vyara Tiles and Marbles Private Limited' dated February 20, 1989, with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. The name of the Company was thereafter changed from 'Vyara Tiles and Marbles Private Limited' to 'Vyara Tiles Private Limited' by the ROC, Gujarat on August 09, 2002. Later, upon the conversion of the Company to Public Limited Company, it was changed to 'Vyara Tiles Limited' vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated October 7, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad at Gujarat.
