The Company was subsequently converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to 'Western Overseas Study Abroad Limited' Upon the conversion of the Company to Public Limited, a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated September 24, 2024 has been issued by Central Processing Centre, Haryana.
