About Xolopak India Ltd IPO
Xolopak India Limited was originally formed and registered as a Partnership Firm under the Partnership Act, 1932 in the name and style of 'M/s Hermes Globetrade' pursuant to Deed of Partnership dated April 23, 2014. Subsequently, the Constitution of Partnership Firm was changed on June 10, 2017 by admission of partners. 'M/s Hermes Globetrade' was thereafter converted from a Partnership Firm to a Private Limited Company in the name of 'Vrag Fils Airlaid Private Limited' and received a Certificate of Incorporation dated September 14, 2017, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Pune. Thereafter, the Company name changed to Xolopak India Private Limited on May 19, 2022. Subsequently, Company was converted from a Private Limited to Public Limited and the name was changed from Xolopak India Private Limited' to Xolopak India Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated September 25, 2023 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Pune.
