Objects of the Issue
The company proposes to utilise the Net Proceeds from the Fresh Issue towards funding the following objects:
- Expenditure for expansion of our Dark store network through setting up of new dark stores in existing and new geographies
- Expenditure towards lease rentals of existing dark stores
- Investment in technology and cloud infrastructure
- Investment in our Subsidiary, Zepto Marketplace Private Limited for marketing and business promotion expenses for enhancing the brand awareness and visibility of its platform

About Zepto Ltd IPO
Zepto Limited was originally incorporated as Kiranakart Technologies Private Limited' at Mumbai, Maharashtra as a Private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, on December 5, 2020 with the Central Registration Centre and commenced operations dated December 21, 2020. Company changed its name to Zepto Private Limited', and a fresh Certificate of incorporation dated April 16, 2025 was issued by the Registrar of Companies. Subsequently, Company was converted to a Public Limited Company and the name changed to Zepto Limited' dated December 8, 2025.
