Ardee Engineering Limited was originally formed as a Partnership Firm Ardee Engineering Company' pursuant to a Partnership Deed dated January 18, 2008 in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, registered under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 , issued by Govt. of Andhra Pradesh dated February 6, 2008. Subsequently, the partnership Firm was converted into and was registered as a private limited company under the name Ardee Engineering Private Limited'. Thereafter, Ardee Engineering Private Limited' was converted the status into a public limited company and the name was changed to Ardee Engineering Limited', and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated August 5, 2024 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre.

Objects of the Issue

- Funding the capital expenditure requirements of the company towards setting up two new manufacturing facilities a Seetharampur, Telangana("Project 1")
- Funding the capital expenditure requirements of the company towards setting up a new integrated manufacturing facility at Parawada, Andhra Pradesh ("Project 2")
- Prepayment or re-payment, in full or in part, of certain outstanding borrowings availed by the company
