About Arjun Jewellers Ltd IPO
Arjun Jewellers Limited was originally incorporated as a partnership firm in the name of 'M/s. Arjun Jewellers', on December 1, 2017. The partnership firm was converted to a private limited company as 'Arjun Jewellers Private Limited' dated January 1, 2020 with the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. Company was thereafter converted from a private limited company into a public company and the name of Company was changed to Arjun Jewellers Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 29, 2025 was issued by the Central Processing Centre, Manesar.
