About Crystal Crop Protection Ltd IPO
Crystal Crop Protection Ltd. was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company with the name 'Jai Bharat Crop Chemical Private Limited' on July 13, 1994 in New Delhi. The name was changed to Crystal Crop Protection Private Limited on November 4, 2010, which later on was converted to a Public Company on December 13, 2017. The name of the Company consequently changed to Crystal Crop Protection Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued by the RoC at Ahmedabad on January 3, 2018. The Company manufacture crop protection products including, insecticides, fungicides, herbicides and plant growth regulators and bio-stimulants.
