Subsequently, name of the Company was changed from Laser Cables Private Limited' to Laser Power & Infra Private Limited' dated February 3, 2016 from the Central Processing Centre. Thereafter, Company got converted to a public limited company and the name of Company was changed to Laser Power & Infra Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated September 8, 2025 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
