About M P Steel (India) Ltd IPO
M P Steel (India) Limited was incorporated as a private limited company under the name of 'Ratnesh Steel Private Limited' under the Companies Act, 1956, with the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. The name of the Company was changed to 'Ratnesh Metal Industries Private Limited' on December 13, 1999. Further, the name was changed to 'M P Steel (India) Private Limited' and fresh certificate of change name was issued by the RoC on August 24, 2023. Thereafter, Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to 'M P Steel (India) Limited' issued by the RoC on October 06, 2025.
