Neilsoft Limited was originally incorporated as Neil Automation Technology Private Limited', at Bombay as a Private Limited Company and received a Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai on June 24, 1991. Further, Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name was changed to Neil Automation Technology Limited', on June 18, 1992. Subsequently, Company name was changed to Neilsoft Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued by the RoC on October 28, 1999. Thereafter, the status of the Company got converted into a private limited company, and the name was changed to Neilsoft Private Limited', issued by the RoC on May 20, 2019. Company again got converted into a Public Company and the name was changed to Neilsoft Limited', pursuant to a fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the RoC on November 6, 2024.
