Smart Advisory Portfolio (SAP) Terms & Conditions

Welcome! We appreciate you choosing our platform for Financial Planning Services. Before proceeding, please take a moment to review and give consent on the following important terms and conditions.

Mirae Asset Capital Markets (India) Private Limited (“MACM”) is registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an intermediary bearing SEBI registration number INZ000163138. MACM is also a registered trading member of leading stock exchanges in India and a Depository Participant with leading depositories.

I, hereby undertake and give my full consent to Mirae Asset Capital Markets (India) Private Limited (MACM) for the purpose of availing financial planning and execution services provided by RIA (hereinafter referred as “Investment Advisor”).

I authorize MACM to share my KYC details, personal information, and relevant documents with Investment Advisor to enable financial planning and advisory services. I hereby undertake and consent that my data is shared with third-party platforms for the purpose of services. I further authorize MACM to access investment advice and recommendations provided by Investment Advisors and to execute transactions based on such advice, only after obtaining my prior consent through Email, SMS, Web Notification, OTP, or Auto Call Confirmation.

I confirm that upon providing my approval, MACM is authorized to place orders on my behalf in accordance with the advice received. I also authorize MACM to share details of transactions executed on my behalf with the Investment Adviser to support future financial planning.

I acknowledge that brokerage and other applicable charges have been agreed upon at the time of opting for this facility, and I will receive a copy of the agreement and applicable charges separately. I understand and accept that MACM acts only as a distributor of third-party financial products and holds no financial liability regarding the performance of such products.

I agree that any disputes related to investment advice shall be addressed directly with the Investment Adviser, and any disputes related to execution or brokerage shall be addressed with MACM. I authorize MACM to debit my ledger and remit advisory service fees to the Investment Adviser, provided there is sufficient unencumbered credit balance. I will not dispute such debits. If the balance is insufficient, I understand that advisory services may be suspended until payment is made, and MACM shall not be held liable for unpaid fees.

These Terms and Conditions are an electronic record in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules thereunder, including the amended provisions related to electronic records/documents in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This is a computer-generated electronic record and does not require any physical or digital signatures. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. They constitute a binding contract between the parties.

I agree that my relationship with MACM and the Investment Adviser shall be governed by the respective agreements executed with each party. I acknowledge that this undertaking is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and does not require physical or digital signatures. My acceptance via OTP, click-wrap, or other electronic means shall be deemed valid and binding.
