How to Apply for PAN Card Correction Online? 

Follow these steps for online PAN correction:

  1. Visit the NSDL or UTIITSL website.
  2. Select Change or Correction in PAN Data.
  3. Fill out the correction form for PAN card with accurate details.
  4. Upload supporting documents as proof of correction.
  5. Pay the processing fee online.
  6. Submit the application and note the acknowledgment number to track the status.

How to Apply for PAN Card Correction Offline? 

To make an alteration in PAN card offline:

  1. Download the PAN card correction form.
  2. Fill out the form manually with correct details.
  3. Attach required documents.
  4. Submit the form at a nearby PAN Centre or mail it to NSDL/UTIITSL.
  5. Pay the fees for PAN card update/correction

Additional Documents Required to Change Name in PAN Card

Who Can Sign PAN Card Correction Form?
