The Company is Investment Manager to Invesco Mutual Fund. On April 9, 2024, Invesco Hong Kong Limited, Invesco Singapore Pte. Ltd., Invesco Asset Management (India) Private Limited (“the Company”), Invesco Trustee Private Limited and Invesco Ltd. entered into an agreement with IndusInd International Holdings Limited (“IIHL”) to form a joint venture, and IIHL to acquire 60% stake in the Company, either directly or through its wholly owned subsidiary. The transaction is pending necessary regulatory approvals.
