Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 and any other applicable Regulations if any of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) read with Schedule III thereto and Regulation 8(1) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e. March 30 2026 (commenced at 12:30 P.M. and concluded at 02:55 P.M.) has inter alia: 1. Considered and approved the revised Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and revised Code for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI). 2. Considered and approved the Appointment Mr. Deepak Garg Managing Director of the Company as Chief Investor Relations Officer (CIRO) for dissemination of information and disclosure of UPSI for the purpose of Code for Fair Disclosure of UPSI.
