The Board of Directors of the Company in their Meeting held on Thursday July 02 2026 considered and approved the Notice of 4th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year 2025-26 to be convened on Tuesday July 28 2026 at 2:00 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means in compliance applicable circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India

In compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 please find enclosed herewith the Notice of 4th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company to be held on Tuesday July 28 2026 at 2:00 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means without physical presence of the Members at common venue which is being sent to the Members through electronic mode.

Pursuant to Regulation 34 (1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) please find enclosed herewith the 4th Annual Report of the Company including the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year 2025-26 along with Boards Report Auditors Report Notice of the 4th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company and other documents required to be attached thereto (together with the Annual Report the Documents). In compliance with Regulation 36 of the Listing Regulations and read with applicable SEBI circulars issued thereunder the Documents are being sent to the Members through electronic mode who have registered their e-mail addresses with the Company/Depositories

We would like to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Company has fixed Monday July 20 2026 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to receive Final Dividend for the financial year 2025-26
