Pursuant to Regulation 15(2)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) the compliance with the provisions of Regulation 24A with respect to Annual Secretarial Compliance Report shall not apply in respect of listed entity whose paid up equity Share capital does not exceed Rupees Ten Crore and net worth does not exceed Rupees Twenty Five Crores as on the last date of the previous financial year. As on March 31 2026 Alan Scott Enterprises Limited (the Company) qualifies for exemption as per regulation 15(2)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015 and hence Regulation 24A of Listing regulations does not apply on the Company.
