In continuation of our earlier intimation dated June 24 2026 August 13 2026 and letter of offer dated August 13 2026 we wish to inform you that the offer period ended on Tuesday September 15 2026 for the rights issue of Alan Scott Enterprises Limited The Company has received applications for 952931 partly paid-up equity shares of face value of INR 10/- each at an issue price of INR 75/- per share including a premium of INR 65/- per share. Out of the issue price of INR 75/- per share INR 40/- per share was payable as application money aggregating to INR 38117240 and the balance INR 35/- per share shall be payable as and when called by the Company. The members of Right Issue Committee at its meeting held today approved allotment of 952931 partly paid-up equity shares of face value of INR 10/- each to the eligible shareholders/applicants of the Company against receipt of the requisite application money.
