Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations 2015 please find enclosed the outcome of the Board Meeting held on 27th May 2026 wherein the directors inter alia considered and approved the audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results along with the Auditors Report with unmodified opinion thereon for the fourth quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2026.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations 2015 please find enclosed the outcome of the Board meeting held on May 27 2026 to consider and recommend inter-alia the final dividend for the financial year 2025-26 at Rs. 1/- per equity share subject to further approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the Board of Directros of the Company at its board meeting held on 27 May 2026 has approved the Proposal for closure of its wholly owned subsidiary namely Bajaj Steel Industries(U) Limited incorporated in Uganda subject to compliance witb applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
