DCB Bank Ltd Share Price

We wish to inform you that the Bank has issued and allotted 16000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each today i.e. on April 222026 to the employees of the Bank pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Accordingly the issued and paid-up share capital of the Bank stands increased from 321901777 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to 321917777 equity shares of Rs.10/- each. Kindly take note of the above in compliance with the requirement under Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
