Unaudited Standalone Financial Results along with Limited Review Report of the Company for the Quarter ended on 30th June 2026

The Board of Directors on the recommendation of Audit Committee but subject to the approval of shareholders to be obtained at the General Meeting of the Company have recommended the appointment of M/s Rajesh B Mangla & Associates (FRN-011944N) as statutory auditor of the Company for first term of 5 (five) consecutive years from the conclusion of the 32nd Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the 37th Annual General Meeting to be held in the year 2031.

Based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee board considered and approved the appointment of Ms. Nainna Guptaa (DIN: 10242209) as an additional director (non-executive) of the company w.e.f. 13th August 2026 subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
