Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on Tuesday 28th July 2026 has approved the Un-audited Financial Results for the First Quarter ended 30th June 2026. We enclose copy of the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June 2026 along with the Limited Review Report of M/s Laxmi Tripti & Associates Chartered Accountants statutory auditors of the Company in respect of the said Financial Results. The Board Meeting commenced at 4:00 P.M. and concluded at 4:45 P.M.

Pursuant to the regulation 33 of the SEBI - LODR 2015 the board of directors of the Company at their meeting held on Tuesday 28th July 2026 has approved the unaudited financial result for the first quarter ended 30th June 2026. We enclosed herewith copy of unaudited financial result as on 30th June 2026 along with the Limited Review Report of M/s. Laxmi Tripti and Associates Chartered Accountant Statutory Auditor of the Company.
