We hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Comapy at its meeting held today 12th August 2026 inter alia trnsacted the following business : 1) Considerred and approved the unaudited financail results of the comapny for the quarter ended 30th June 2026. 2) Consdere and approved to convene the 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company on 30th September 2026 3) Considered and approved the cut off / record date on 20th September 2026. 4) Considerd and approved the Directors Report along with its ntoes and Secretarial Audit Report for F. Y 2025-26. 5) Conisdered and approved the re-appointment of Mr. Aneel Jain as Managing Director and Chairman of the Company for a period of five consecutive years commencing from the conclusion of the 34th AGM till the conclusion of 39th AGM of the company not liable to retire by rotatio suject to the approval of the shareholdrs at the ensuing AGM of the Comapny. 6) Consider and approved the appintment of M/s Nidhi Bajaj & Associates Pract
