To appoint Mr. Aashish Gupta as Chief Financial Officer Pursuant to provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act 2013 read with its applicable rules and Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today based on the recommendation of Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee has: Approved the appointment of Mr. Aashish Gupta (PAN-CEVPG2704J) as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from 1st June 2026. The requisite details of such appointment pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13 2023 are given as Annexure A. The Board Meeting commenced at 3:30 P.M and concluded at 4.00 P.M. (IST).
