Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March 2026; 2. Auditors Report issued by the Statutory Auditors for the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March 2026; 3. Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company including the Statement of Assets & Liabilities as at 31st March 2026 and the Statement of Profit and Loss and Cash Flows Statement of Changes in equity and notes forming part thereof for the financial year ended 31st March 2026; 4. Recommendation of final dividend if any for the financial year ending March 31 2026; 5. Proposal for Amalgamation of Kriti Auto & Engineering Plastics Pvt. Ltd. (Wholly Owned Subsidiary) with the Company; and 6. Any other matter with the permission of the chair.
