Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. April 20 2026 has inter alia considered and approved the following: (i) The appointment of Mr. Mohit Kumar as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from April 20 2026. (ii) Pursuant to Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 the Board of Directors has amended the authorization for determining the materiality of an event or information and for the purpose of making disclosures to the stock exchange(s) under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.

Pursuant to the provision of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Mohit Kumar as company secretary cum compliance officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the company.
