In terms of Regulation 32 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Company had raised funds through preferential issue of warrants and we hereby confirm that there is no deviation and variation in use of issue proceeds for the quarter ended June 30 2026. A statement of deviation stating that there is no deviation or variation in utilisation of these proceeds is enclosed herewith.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on today i.e. Thursday August 13 2026 has inter-alia considered and approved the following: 1. Considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Manish Bhati Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f August 13 2026. 2. Considered and approved the Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2026. 3. Took note of the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditor of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2026. A copy the Un - Audited Financial Results as reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors M/s. Goyal Nagpal & Co. Chartered Accountants is enclosed herewith.
