In terms of Regulation 30 & 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 this is to inform that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held today on 12th August 2026 Wednesday at the corporate office 107 Turf Estate Off. Dr. E. Moses Road Shakti Mill Lane Mahalaxmi Mumbai - 400011 at 03:00 p.m. and concluded at 06.00 p.m. The Board interalia considered approved and taken on record as follows: 1. The Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026 along with Limited Review Report thereon pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015. 2. Recommended the appointment of Mr. Kanishk Ranka (DIN: 06967647) Director who retires by rotation and being eligible offers himself for re appointment at the ensuing AGM in terms of Section 152(6) of the Companies Act 2013.Detailed Outcome as per attached pdf file.

In terms of Regulation 30 read with 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 as amended the attached is the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended 30.06.2026 approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12.08.2026 Wednesday at 03.00 p.m. and concluded at 06.00 p.m.

In terms of Regulation of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 as amended intimation about the Book Closure dates in connection with the 48th AGM of the Company to be held on 22.09.2026. in terms of Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and Section 91 of the Companies Act 2013. The Book Closure dates are 16.09.2026 to 22.09.2026 (inclusive of both dates).

In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 this is to inform that attached is the Calender of Events in connection with the 48th AGM of the Company to be held on 22.09.2026 approved by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on today Wednesday 12.08.2026.

Re-appointment of Mrs. Nina Ranka (DIN : 00937698) as the Managing Director of the company for another term of 5 years effective from 13th August 2026 subject to the approval of members at the ensuing AGM of the Company.

Re-appointment of M/S. NNK & Co. Chartered Accountants as a Statutory Auditors of the Company for further 4 years from conclusion of 48th AGM To 52nd AGM of the Company.

Appointment of Mr. Arun Jain (DIN : 02540343) as an Additional Director (Independent) of the Company for 5 years effective from 13th August 2026 subject to the approval of members at the ensuing AGM of the Company.
