Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule lll of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. August 12 2026 which commenced at 03.00 p.m. and concluded at 04.00 p.m. have discussed considered and approved the following: 1. To consider and approve the unaudited Standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company along-with Limited Review Report for the quarter ended June 30 2026 as per IND-AS which have been approved and taken on record at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 12th August 2026.
